Charter Services (1-6 Passengers)

Our Charter Policies & Rules

• Cancellations must be made by phone no later than 30 days prior to your sailing date.

  • If weather causes a cancellation, the trip will be rescheduled to a date agreed upon by both parties. No refunds will be giving and deposit will transfer.

• No hard liquor or illegal drugs are permitted on board. If customers become intoxicated to the point they are a danger to themselves or the crew, the trip will be cancelled with no refund.

• All passengers are encouraged to bring their own food & beverages. A reasonable amount of beer is permitted. We will supply coolers to store food. Please leave personal coolers in your car.

• Proper attire is required: a change of clothes, white sole sneakers or deck shoes/boots, hat, sunscreen and foul weather gear. Shoes with a marking sole will not be permitted, because they cause damage to our vessel.

• $100 Charter deposit is due 7 business days after booking.

  • We will contact you leading up to your trip with and weather updates that may jeopardize the trip. Feel free to contact us at any time with any questions you may have.

• Please be advised the mates tip is not included in your fare.

  • 15-20 % is customary tipping policy for hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly mates.

• Our boats are maintained for the comfort and safety of our passengers. Anyone carelessly damaging the vessels or it's equipment will be charged for the repairs and replacement.

• We provide all essential bait, tackle, rods reels and ice for your catch. If you have a favorite rod/reel you would like to bring please feel free.

• We are mandated to follow NJ/Federal Fishing Regulations requiring us to keep only legal size fish and legal limits.
